An unnamed gunshot victim found in an alley on the city's west side has died of his injuries.

At 12:50 am Monday morning, the Bartlesville Police Department dispatch center received a call about a gunshot in the 1400 block of West Hensley.

As officers were responding, they were advised that a male was lying in the alley. Officers arrived on the scene and began life-saving measures until medical personnel arrived. The victim was transported to the hospital, where he died from a gunshot.
