The Board of Osage County Commissioners will convene for a regularly scheduled meeting at the fairgrounds on Monday morning.

At that meeting, there will be a lot of discussion regarding the operation of the Osage County Nutrition Program. This includes signing a site agreement with the Hominy Senior Citizens Center for $500 a month that would go toward utility usage and pest control. This would be a contract ending in June 2025.

There will also be consideration to sign an agreement with Help Works Inc. for $650 a month where hot meals would be picked up at the Cedar Ridge site and the meals would be delivered to Barnsdall five days a week. This is a contract that would last through June 2025 as well.

The Board will also consider signing a memorandum of understanding with the town of Avant through June 2025 for the nutrition program.

Monday’s meeting begins at 10 a.m. for those interested in attending.
