Bartlesville Police are investigating after someone stole several American flags from outside of a downtown funeral home.

Tim Howell with Arnold Moore & Neekamp Funeral Home says he was shocked when he learned of the theft, especially right before Independence Day.

Howell says he understands it might have been a prank, or that someone could have made a poor choice to do something like this, but he says he is a forgiving person.
