The Board of Osage County Commissioners convened for their regularly scheduled meeting at the fairgrounds on Monday morning for a quick and productive meeting.

At Monday's meeting, an interlocal agreement was signed between Pawnee and Osage County in which each county will help one another with road projects. This is a contract that runs for the 2024-2025 fiscal year.

The Board also had the option to sign a contract with Turn Key Health. This is a health care provider for correctional facilities across the nation. Undersheriff Gary Upton said they had used this company last year and the only difference in this year's contract was the price.

They will now be paying nearly $29,500 a month for their services. There was one utility permit signed for District Three during Monday's meeting.
