Vinita Woman Dies in Single-Vehicle Crash Near Chelsea

A Vinita woman was killed Wednesday in a single-vehicle crash near Chelsea in Rogers County.
According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, 82-year-old Rose Abram was driving a 2006 Chevy Silverado on State Highway 66, approximately 2 miles north of Chelsea, just after 5 p.m. Wednesday. The circumstances surrounding the fatality are still under investigation.
Troopers say the victim was pronounced deceased at the scene by Pafford EMS. More details will be released when available.
