The Dewey City Council met Monday night for their second and final meeting of the month of June, and started with sales tax reports for the month of June. City Manager Kevin Trease gave the update.

Next, the council heard two separate presentations, starting with the Washington County Historical Society. The presentation included the location of every visitor that signed into the Dewey Hotel Museum last year with the number of visitors coming out to 1,226.

The final presentation they heard came from the Tom Mix Museum, where they announced the naming of their new President, Kevin Landers.

The City Council will meet again on July 1^st at 7 pm at Dewey City Hall. The meeting is open to the public.
