A Bartlesville man was arrested Saturday on the charge of domestic abuse by strangulation. Tyler Ledford is alleged of punching the victim in the ribs and also grabbing the victim by the throat. Ledford was seen in Washington County Court on Monday afternoon.

According to an affidavit, the victim had markings on her neck that were consistent with that of a hand print.

Ledford also has previous pending cases which led to a bond of $125,000. His next court date is set for June 21^st.
