Oklahoma Union is in the middle of two-a-day workouts and passing leagues as they are trying to get their summer work in and get prepped for the fall. The Cougars are coming off a 1-9 season and are entering a year that will have some differences scheduling.

The Cougars are affected by that as OKU will also be down in A-1 with Nowata, Pawhuska, and Caney Valley. Head Coach Steven Trammel shares his thoughts on the upcoming scheduling changes and the effects it will have.

The Cougars have gone through some tough times the last two season as their combined record since 2022 is 1-19. Now, with a mostly new schedule coming up this fall, the Cougars have a blank slate.

Trammel talks about his outlook on the schedule this fall.

We will have continued coverage of Oklahoma high school football across the summer months as we approach the beginning of the season in August.
