A Bartlesville man was seen Thursday in court on the charges possession of meth, unlawful possession of paraphernalia, and operating vehicle with defective equipment. Kyle Jackson was pulled over for having a defective tail light early Thursday morning.

A K9 unit would hit on Jackson’s car after the stop, leading to a search. According to an affidavit, one gram of methamphetamine was located in the vehicle.

With this arrest, Jackson is now facing jail time from a sentence that was suspended stemming from similar charges in 2020 and 2021 where he pleaded guilty.

Jackson is being held on a $25,000 bond and his next court date is set for July 19th.
