Some people are not morning people and this little kitten would agree. Bradon Jenner, a cleaner at the Washington County SPCA and a frequent helper at the pound for new arrivals and sick, introduces this shy kitten.

Jenner says that Starburst has been at the WSPCA for about a month and is currently three months old. He explains that she will probably be scared and shy once adopted, but will ultimately get used to you in the end.

That being said, Jenner thinks that Starburst may need a little help from her future adopted family.
