Talburt Looking to Get Re-elected to Second Term

Steve Talburt is running for re-election as County Commissioner for District Two in Osage County.
Talburt says that during his first term in office, one of the first things he did was start a savings account in an effort to save money for the district. He added that weather has caused several roads to erode, but he has been proud of his crew for not only patching them up, but improving the roads.
Because District Two has the most hard surfaced roads, they are the most expensive to maintain across the county. Talburt goes on to talk about some of the things he would like to accomplish in a second term in office. Some projects include county work and also in coordination with ODOT.
