A Delaware woman was seen in court Monday afternoon on the charges of DUI and transporting an open bottle or container of liquor. Samantha Majors was arrested Saturday evening after failing multiple field sobriety tests in the Panda Express parking lot.

Majors had slurred speech and allegedly had a strong odor of alcohol coming from her person. An officer also located a three quarters empty pint-sized bottle of Skyy Vodka in the driver’s side cup holder.

This is the third DUI this year for Majors, and her fifth in the past 10-years. Due to these factors, she was given a $50,000 bond and her next court date will be on June 21^st.
