At Monday's Board of Osage County Commissioners meeting, Construction Manager for the Osage County Courthouse Annex Project, Dalton Higgins, gave an update regarding that work. He said despite some delays due to the wet weather that is nothing they didn't plan for and things are running smoothly.

Higgins said the guaranteed maximum price was signed with the contractor at 7.6 million dollars and nothing should compromise that. Higgins hopes to have the entire project complete by July, 2025.
