A Bartlesville man was seen in Washington County Court on Friday on the felony charges of possession of a firearm after delinquent adjudication and feloniously pointing a firearm. 18-year-old Markell Scott is alleged of pulling a firearm on the victim in this case and threatening to shoot him.

According to an affidavit, on May 20th, Scott allegedly ambushed the victim in the alley just west of Get Real Ministries and punched him in the nose. The victim told police that Scott also pointed a red and silver pistol at him and said, “I should kill you now.”

The victim then said that Scott fled the scene after the victim asked to not to be shot. Markell was given a $50,000 bond and his next court date is set for June 21st.
