If you have ever seen Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles then you know that Mikey was definitely the life of the party. For those who do not know, now you do.

Heath Clouse, adoptions and transportations specialist at the Washington County SPCA introduces this lively pup.

Clouse also says that Mikey is definitely high energy and would love lots of exercise, outdoor activities, and a BIG family. 

Like Mikey, there were other dogs and cats at this year's Sunfest. 

There were 17 dogs adopted and 6 cats; something the WSPCA is very grateful for.
