A big auction is coming up Saturday in Coffeyville.

The Annual KGGF/KQQF/KUSN Auction takes place Saturday, June 1 at the Rec Center in Walter Johnson Park. Station owner and organizer Dorea Potter says this auction is unique because all the items are brand-new and the bidding stops at 80 percent of the retail value. An item can also be immediately max-bid, but Potter says many items will go for a fraction of the sticker price.

Potter has been organizing these types of auctions for years and says they are a lot of fun to put on.

Doors open at the Rec Center at 8 a.m. and bidding starts at 9 a.m. A full list of auction items is available HERE.
