The victim said that Dodd began to pull her hair and choke her before pinning her down on the bed. There also was a minor in the house that told police that they saw the entire incident and corroborated the victims story.

Police found bruising and marks on the victim to that were consistent with her story. The victim later told police that she was also seven months pregnant. Dodd is being held on a $50,000 bond and his next court date is June 21st.
