OKM Especially for Kids Kicks Off This Weekend

 

At OKM Music, they hope to bridge the music gap in our public schools and engage children in the arts while increasing awareness of the importance of arts education. 

 

OKM Music believes all children should have access to the enriching qualities of music education and they live that part of their mission with the yearly Especially for Kids events each summer.

 

Two events on Friday, May 31st, get things rolling for OKM's children's programs. At noon on Friday is the free event, The Keyboard Orchestra, at First Presbyterian Church in Bartlesville at 505 S. Dewey Avenue at noon. Then, on Friday evening at Sunfest at the bandshell at 6pm, it's the free Dancing Eagles event at Sooner Park.

 

Please view the available events and RSVP to www.okmmusic.org for your children. Their is no cost for most of the events, but they need to know how many kid plan to attend for space and material needs.
