A Bartlesville man was seen in Washington County Court on Tuesday afternoon on two charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and threatening to perform an act of violence.

According to an affidavit, Brandon Fowler is accused of assaulting two women and a child back on May 7^th. The victims were on their way back to Barnsdall after the May 6^th tornado when they had to attempt to get their dog back into the vehicle after jumping out.

Fowler was in the area and yelled an expletive at the women before they told him to mind his business. Fowler then allegedly came towards them swinging a metal pipe and almost struck the child one of the victims was holding.

The victim also said Fowler also threatened to beat her with the child in her hands. Fowler has prior history of assault and battery along with domestic abuse. to those contributing factors, he was given a cumulative $25,000 bond.
