A Washington County man who had a warrant issued for his arrest since August was seen in court on Thursday. Danny Lowe is being charged with a felony count of aggravated domestic abuse from an incident in July and was also seen on first degree burglary, malicious injury or destruction of property and making threats for an alleged crime that occurred last month,

In late July a probable cause affidavit states that Lowe is alleged to have broke one or more ribs of his ex-girlfriend. Neighbors heard screaming and called 911. Fast forward to April and it is alleged that Lowe broke into a house that the ex-girlfriend lived in.

Officers were able to escort the victim out of the house, but the defendant broke out the bedroom window and was able to escape. Officers were finally able to locate and bring in Lowe early Wednesday morning. Officers noticed him walking in an alleyway and when Lowe attempted to take off, they tracked him down and placed him under arrest. A methamphetamine pipe was also found on Lowe.

The aggregate bond in these cases has been set at $150,000. Lowe will next be seen in court on Friday, May 31st at 9 a.m. He has a bond condition to have no contact with the alleged victim.
