Bartlesville girls’ tennis brought home some hardware from their 6A State tournament over the weekend in OKC.

BHS was named Academic State Champions thanks to their performance in the classroom, and they did well on the court, too.

Bartlesville had both its singles players and No. 1 doubles team place at State.

Abby Shelley took seventh at No. 1 singles. Ava Kelley finished eighth at No. 2 singles. And the No. 1 doubles-team of Bella Gustafson and Julia McKissick took sixth.

Bartlesville finished with an overall team GPA of 4.0.

Today… It is the boy’s turn. BHS will head to Regionals on the guy’s side and try to qualify as many as they can for State.
