The Dewey Bulldoggers and the Nowata Ironmen met up for their second matchup of the season, but first since early December. This game would see-saw back-and-forth a ton, but Dewey would come away with a late fourth quarter win, 46-44 to grab the season sweep.

This game was a game of runs mostly led by Nowata, but Dewey would get the final and most consequential. It was tied at 35 heading into the fourth, Nowata started out with a lead and went up 44-40 before Dewey closed out on a 6-0 run.

Zaiden Masters who sat most of the fourth quarter due to having four-fouls would be the late game hero. Masters took a pass from Muninger to get the game winning layup.

Jace Williams finished with a team-high 14-points for Dewey to also grab Patriot Player of the game honors. Kaleb Bashford started off scorching hot, he dropped 12-points in the first quarter, including this deep-ball to extend the early Nowata lead.

Bashford scored a game-high 15-points, but it would not be enough as Nowata falls to 7-12. Dewey though, they grab their second win in a row, and move to 10-7. Nowata next heads to Oklahoma Union and Dewey will host the Caney Valley Trojans, both this Friday night.

Dewey girls would win as well in the opener, 26-20 to end the season series at 1-1.
