As construction begins on the annex of the Osage County Courthouse, it is up to the Osage County Commissioners to decide how they are going to pay the fees coming in from the owner's rep. 

District One Commissioner Everett Piper has been put in charge of handling a lot of those logistics. He wasn't at Monday's meeting, but County Clerk Robin Slack remembered Piper saying what would be best.  

There was also one utility permit signed for district three.
