Bartlesville Police Department will host a community forum this week that will bring together representatives of several local programs that primarily work with the unsheltered population in Bartlesville.

The event will be held at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 2, 2023, at the Bartlesville Community Center, located at 300 S.E. Adams Blvd.

The forum is part of the City's goal to work with community partners to address homelessness in Bartlesville, as outlined in the City's organizational strategic plan, Bartlesville NEXT.
Featured speakers for the event include:

  • Denise Phelps of Grand Mental Health
  • Sherri Smith of Agape’ Mission
  • Errol Hada of  Lighthouse Outreach Center
  • Keith and Christie McPhail of B the Light Mission
  • Sarah Rowe of Bartlesville Public Schools
  • Lisa Cary of Bartlesville Regional United Way

The public is encouraged to attend. Please email any questions you would like to see addressed during the forum to the Bartlesville Police Department, bpdqanda@cityofbartlesville.org. This will allow BPD staff to better prepare and delegate your questions and concerns to the appropriate panel members.
