City Leaders React to Tuesday Election Results

Nathan Thompson
Bartlesville voters overwhelmingly approved four questions in the city's $17.6 million general obligation bond election on Tuesday.
The four propositions included improvements to the city's public safety infrastructure, municipal buildings, street projects and parks. All ballot questions passed with nearly 70 to more than 75 percent of voters saying yes.
Ward 4 City Councilor Billie Roane stopped by the Bartlesville Radio studios as soon as the announcement was made.
Bartlesville Assistant City Manager Tracy Roles says the results showed that Bartlesville residents really care about the city and want to see the city progress.
