Flood Watch in Effect for Areas East of Bartlesville

A flood watch is in effect for areas east of Bartlesville from 7 p.m. Tuesday until 10 a.m. Wednesday.
The National Weather Service in Tulsa says up to 3 inches of rain could fall across eastern Oklahoma, causing flooding concerns from rivers and streams in low-lying areas.
The watch includes Craig, Nowata, Rogers, Mayes, Tulsa, Adair, Cherokee, Delaware, Haskell, McIntosh, Okmulgee, Ottawa, Pittsburg and Wagoner counties.
