Forbes magazine includes Arvest Bank on its list of “Best-in-State Employers 2023.”

Arvest ranked #22 in Oklahoma and #7 in Arkansas. It is the fourth consecutive year Arvest received the distinction in Arkansas and the second time in Oklahoma.

Consideration for the list was based on three criteria: in-state indirect recommendations, national in-industry indirect recommendations and direct recommendations. America's Best-in-State Employers 2023 were identified based on 2.1 million employer recommendations from employees working for companies with more than 500 employees in the United States.
