The Bartlesville City Council has planned three public hearings for its meeting Monday night.  The council will hear comment on a request from the Nehemiah Community Development Corporation to close an existing right-of-way along a portion of Kaw Avenue.  The council will also hear comment on a proposal to re-zone property at 808 West 6th Street form (M-1) Limited Commercial to (RM-3/PUD) Multi-Family residential with a planned unit development designation for the Nehemiah Community Development Corporation.  The third hearing would give the council comments on a proposal  to re-zone property at 1541 SW Colorado from (RS-5) Single Family Residential to (RM-3/PUD) Multi-Family Residential with a supplemental Planned Unit Development designation.

Monday night's Bartlesville City Council meeting is set for 7 o'clock in the City Center Building.
