Bartlesville Man Arrested For Damage Hotel Room

A $20,000 bond has been set for a Bartlesville man who allegedly was caught with drugs and damaged a hotel room. 28-year old Brandon Eugene Ridenger is charged with possession of methamphetamine and marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, and malicious injury to property. Bartlesville police were called Sunday night around 11 o'clock about a possible burglary at a room in the Hilton Garden Inn.
According to a court affidavit, officers heard sounds of a physical altercation. When the police arrived in the room, Ridinger's wife claimed her husband tried to suffocate her by using a towel, jeans, and a shirt. Reportedly, the police found a box that contained marijuana and two glass pipes with residue. Officers found inside the room two bags of meth, several prescription pills, and pipes. The authorities learned that Ridinger damaged a window, air conditioning unit, and a fire alarm. Court records indicate that Ridinger has a drug conviction out of Washington County.
Ridinger's next court date is this Friday.
