Boys and Girls Club Names Lewis

The Boys & Girls Club of Bartlesville has named Larry Lewis, Jr. as its new Executive Director. Lewis has been part of the Boys and Girls Club movement for 15 years. He has a history of advocating for youth and their families. He has served as Boys and Girls Club Unit Director for multiple Kansas City-area sites, helped with the completion and development of two new Boys and Girls Clubs, and directed the overall club operation there.
Boys and Girls Club board member, Scott Ambler says the board had a record number of applicants for the executive director's post. The boar will look to Lewis for leadership to take the local organization to the next level. Board President, Kelli Barham commented that Lewis's excitement and enthusiasm are contagious. He is passionate about the local mission and the Club members.
Lewis acquired a Bachelor of Science in Family Studies and Human Services from Kansas State University where he also played football. He also has a fiancée and two girls ages 7 and 10 that fill up his spare time.
The Boys & Girls Club of Bartlesville enables young people to reach their full potential. Club members have fun, develop character and discover their talents through impactful programs.
