The state of Oklahoma declared a revenue failure in December due to declining revenues. The Washington County Board of Commissioners revealed during Monday's meeting that there are also sales tax declines in the county. District 3 Commissioner Mike Dunlap said they are monitoring the situation.

Agenda items approved during Monday's meeting included the appointment of District 2 Commissioner Mike Bouvier to the Board of Oklahoma Public Employees Health and Welfare Plan. The Commissioners also signed off on Agency Certification for Washington County Emergency Management Director Kary Cox for Communications Unit Leader.
