The Bartlesville City Council will hold a public hearing on an application when they meet on Tuesday.  According to the agenda, the city council will take action on an application from Atwood's Ranch and Home for approval of a planned unit development plan and site development plan for construction of a 70,357 square foot retail store on a 12-acre tract of land located on the west side of Washington Blvd. approximately one-quarter mile north of Rice Creek Road.  The City Council will hear a presentation by Mike Wilt concerning the upcoming economic development operational sales tax election to be held on October 13th.

Tuesday night's Bartlesville City Council meeting is scheduled for 7 o'clock at City Hall's Council Chambers Room.
