TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly)

TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly), a local weight-loss support group, meets every Thursday at the Dewey Church of Christ. Weigh-in begins at 3:45pm and the meeting begins at 4:45pm. Cost is $4 per month for chapter dues and annual nation dues begin at $49. For more information, call 918-214-5231.
