Nowata aims for much needed win over Caney Valley

The Nowata Ironmen have a sense of urgency this week as they travel to Ramona to take on Area rival Caney Valley tomorrow, with coverage on KRIG 104.9 and KRIGTV.com. At 0-4 on the season and 0-1 in District play, Ironmen Head Coach Chance Juby is confident in his team but knows they need a win to help their postseason chances.
Nowata has played three games in a row where they trailed by 16 points or more at halftime, but they have outscored those opponents 70-32 in the second halves of those three defeats. While Juby is pleased with his teams effort, he has a clear message to his team.
Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m in Ramona on Friday, pregame coverage slated for 6:30 on KRIG 104.9 FM and KRIGTV.com
