Wade Corder Takes Over for Barnsdall Legend Joe Gilbert

Filling the shoes of legendary Barnsdall coach Joe Gilbert won't be easy, but it is something that Wade Corder will attempt to do when the girls basketball season tips off this year. Corder will continue to serve as the boys coach for the 2020-2021 campaign as well. 

Corder says he understands that he is shouldering a lot of responsibility by taking over for Gilbert, who was at Barnsdall for 66 years.

Corder will also serve as the assistant football and baseball coach.
