Two Lady Bruin Swimmers Honored - Again
A couple of Bartlesville High girl's swimmers are making a splash out of the pool.
Kate Steward and Greta Olsen, from BHS and the Phillips 66 Splash Club, were recently selected by USA Swimming for the 2016-2017 Scholastic All-America Team. This elite group of 10th, 11th and 12th grade students must maintain a minimum 3.5 GPA, and hold a 2016 Winter Junior National qualifying time.
This is the second consecutive year that Olsen and Seward have received this honor for excelling both in the classroom and in the pool. They are also captains of the State Champion Lady Bruin Swim Team and are individual State Champion title holders.
Olsen and Seward will be swimming for the University of Kansas next year.
