Turf Installation Behind, but Upcoming
No official date yet, but it is expected that the turf at Rigdon Field at Bill Doenges Memorial Stadium will be finished within a couple of weeks.
According to acting Bartlesville High Athletic Director Matt Hancock, some weather delays throughout the past month have caused the field to be laid a bit behind schedule.
Construction teams are working to finish the underneath at Doenges. Once that is done, the field can be laid rather quickly.
The turf is in Bartlesville awaiting installation.
