Parsley Hits Walk-Off Single for Indians in Extras

William Parsley was the hero for Doenges Ford Indians as he provided the walk-off single to take down the Oklahoma Process (Sapulpa) 4-3 in game one of Friday’s doubleheader. It took nine innings to decide a winner. Dakota Ward led off the ninth inning with a triple and Parsley would come up clutch with two outs.

It was a come-from behind effort for the Indians. Parsley also had an RBI fielder’s choice to knot the game up at three. Parsley also had a walk-off hit for the Bruins against Skiatook in March.

Bradee Rigdon earned the win with three spotless innings of relief. The left-hander racked up eight strikeouts out of the bullpen. The Indians are 5-4 on the summer.
