The Major League Baseball Amateur Draft moves into day three on Wednesday and a few Oklahoma Wesleyan baseball players are waiting to hear their names called. One of those players, junior outfielder Drenis Ozuna, was selected to the NAIA first-team All-American team.

Ozuna was top five in the league in home runs with 22 on the season. The native of Orlando, Florida is a draft-eligible junior that has drawn attention form MLB scouts all season long due to his power bat and strong arm. If Ozuna is selected he become the first OKWU player to ever be taken in the draft.

Senior shortstop Austin Sojka has also been looked at by handful of scouts. At 23, Sojka may be too old for some teams to take a chance. However, his immense talent could make him too good to pass up. Sojka hit .447 on the year with 14 home runs and 52 runs batted in.

We will have more on OKWU and the MLB Draft throughout the week.
