OKWU Baseball #2 In NAIA Poll

Oklahoma Wesleyan University baseball team is off to a hot start in the 2017 season.  The Eagles are ranked second in the first NAIA Coaches Poll, which was released on Tuesday.  OKWU is second in the nation for home runs, averaged 1.9 per game and third in slugging percentage (.620).  

The Eagles continued their winning ways Tuesday afternoon as they swept Roosevelt, Ill. by the scores of 6-1 and 14-1.  OKWU is 20-3 overall and will travel to Hillsboro, Kansas to play in a three-game weekend series against Tabor College.  The Bluejays are ranked ninth in this week's NAIA poll.
