Even playing up a weight class, OKWU baseball continues to dominate.

The Eagles went west of I-35 to take on Northwestern Oklahoma State on Tuesday in Enid and came away with a victory at David Allen Memorial Ballpark.

OKWU pounded the Rangers 14-2. Northwestern plays NCAA Division II baseball in the Great American Conference. Seven different Eagles tallied two hits or more in the victory.

It is win No. 42 for OKWU. Wesleyan moved up one spot to No. 5 in the country in Tuesday's national NAIA poll.

Oklahoma Wesleyan baseball is off until Friday when it starts its penultimate Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference series of the year at Southwestern.
