OKWU Baseball Sweep Randall University

Oklahoma Wesleyan University Eagles baseball team picked up two nice wins over Randall University on Tuesday by the scores of 17-1 and 16-3.  With those two victories, Eagles head baseball coach Matt Parker picked up his 250th win in his career with OKWU.

In the first game, the Eagles scored three runs in the first, seven runs in the second, and six runs in the third to take a commanding 16-0 after three innings of work.  OKWU controlled the contest from start to finish.  Trevor Achenbach, the current KCAC Player of the Week, went 4 for 4 with 3 RBI's. As a team, the Eagles out hit Randall University 17-4.  Chase Broeske picked up the win for OKWU. In five innings of work, Broeske gave up a run on three hits and struck out five.

Not much different in the second game as the Eagles took advantage of Randall's six errors to end the day with a win.  Brayden Nelson pitched five innings and got the victory.  He gave up three runs on three hits and struck out four.  

The Eagles are 30-7 overall and will host a three-game series with Ottawa University on Friday and Saturday.
