Nowata Ironmen Football Reflections
Nowata Ironmen Football season wrapped up last week in the first round of the Class 2A playoffs falling short to Colcord 14-12. Nowata finished the season with a 7-4 record and finished second in Class 2A District Eight. Going into the playoffs last week, Nowata Head Coach Matt Hagebusch and his coaching staff were concerned about putting points on the board.
This year's senior class was special for Hagebusch because when he became coach at Nowata, the senior class were Freshmen.
