With the OSSAA dead period over, high school football teams across the state can get their final workouts in the month of July before they get into fall camp in the middle part out August.

The OSSAA will allow football related activities this week, and then cut off those activities on July 15. Teams will still be able to lift and do conditioning during that time until fall camp begins on August 12.

First year Bartlesville High head football coach Jason Sport talks about the Bruins plans over this week.

That means that the Bruins final 7-on-7 workout will be on Tuesday at Charles Page High School.

Zero week for high school football will be on August 30, with week one of the 2019 season kicking off on Sept. 6.
