Jason Sport Previews Bruins - Bixby
Bartlesville head football coach Jason Sport spoke with KWON on Wednesday night during his weekly radio show, as the Bruins are getting set for possibly their toughest game all year.
BHS travels to take on two-time defending 6A-II champion Bixby on Friday night. Bartlesville played much sharper, albeit in a loss, to Collinsville during its most recent game.
Sport says he is pleased with the effort from his team.
Bartlesville continues to run the ball with authority, a trend that will have to continue to have a chance at Bixby. The Bruins have ran for 827 yards through three games. Bartlesville is averaging 7.4 yards per carry.
