The Bartlesville Doenges Ford Indians traveled to Hilldale High School in Muskogee to take on Three Rivers  on a hot Sunday afternoon.  The Bandits swept the Indians 9-3 and 17-6.

In the first game, Bartlesville took a 2-1 lead after the first inning before Three Rivers tied the game at two after the second inning.  The game was tied at three going into the bottom of the sixth inning and that's when the Bandits took charge, scoring six of their nine runs to take the first game.  Corey Murphey suffered his second loss on the mound this season dropping to 8-2.  In five innings of work, Murphy gave up nine runs on eight hits, walked five, and struck out six batters.  It was Murphy's first loss since June 25th at Enid.  Logan McNeil, Braden Beasley, Chase Fiddler, Zac Boyes, and Sam Walker each had a hit.

It was all the Bandits in the second game.  Three Rivers scored three in the first, four runs in the second and third innings, and six runs in the bottom of the fourth inning to run-rule the Indians. Bandits Cody Daniels hit a two-run and a three-run home runs, finished with six RBI's.  Bartlesville's Joe Jones suffered his first loss on the mound this year at 6-1.  In two innings of work, Jones gave up seven runs on five hits.  Despite the defeat, Sam Walker went 3 for 3 with two doubles and two RBI's.

The Indians conclude the regular season with a 27-14 record while the Bandits are 27-17 overall. The Bandits won the regular season series against the Indians 5 to 4.   Bartlesville will now prepare for the State Legion Baseball Tournament that begins on Friday at Byng, Oklahoma.  The bracket should be released in a couple of days.
