Wednesday's Winget Postponed
As of noon on Wednesday - heavy rainfall has caused changes in the Glent Winget Memorial Tournament's schedule.
No games will be played on Wednesday at OKWU's practice field. The Oklahoma teams will begin their Winget journey on Thursday, with four games to be played. That means the Doenges Ford Indian's will play two games on Thursday - with a tentative time of 12:15 and 4:30 PM. That could be changed going forward.
Wednesday evening's games at Bill Doenges Memorial Stadium are still tentatively on for Wednesday night.
As we reported on Tuesday, the OSSAA dead period has messed with the Winget's ability to play teams from Oklahoma at Bill Doenges Stadium.
If and when more changes are made to the schedule - we will have it for you here. Both Indian's games on Thursday will likely air on Sports Talk 1500 AM and 99.1 FM - KPGM.
