Hopkins Tries for State Title
Congrats to former Lady Bruin golfer Faith Hopkins, who advanced into the quarterfinals of the Oklahoma Amateur golf tournament on Tuesday.
Hopkins recently inked with Missouri State University to continue her colligate golfing career earlier this offseason. This, after spending the past two seasons at Oklahoma State. Hopkins did not see much action before her spring season was cut short this past March in Stillwater.
The Women’s Oklahoma State Amateur Tournament is taking place at the Golf Club of Oklahoma in Broken Arrow, it is a match-play format, so Hopkins will try to advance into the finals on Wednesday.
The tournament will wrap up on Thursday with the championship round.
