Hall to Miss 2020 Bruin Baseball Season

Bartlesville High baseball is coming right up, with scrimmages ongoing this week for BHS.

First year head coach Cody Price takes over a team that is pretty young overall, and will be without one of its best players for the entire season.

Junior Jakob Hall is rehabbing a hip injury that will keep him sidelined for this spring. Hall has been a bright spot for Bartlesville on the diamond since he started as a freshman. Even though he is not playing this year, Price says Hall has still been a big presence and leader in the dugout for a young club.

Hall will be missed on the mound, in the lineup and on the field for BHS. He was a mainstay at short stop for the Bruins, a middle of the order hitter and one of Bartlesville's top district starting pitchers.

First Bruin scrimmage will be Monday at 4:30 PM at Collinsville

Bartlesville opens up the 2020 season on March 2 at home against Enid.
