Gundy Appears to Make Good with RB
Oklahoma State head football coach Mike Gundy and his star running back appear to have made up for the time being, as Gundy again found himself in the national headlines again on Monday.
This time, Gundy was under fire for wearing a t-shirt from a conservative news outlet.
A picture of Gundy fishing with a “One America News” shirt surfaced on social media on Monday afternoon.
Oklahoma State tailback Chuba Hubbard took exception to the shirt, tweeting that he found it insensitive to everything going on at this time and appeared to threaten to stop activities with the school.
As rumors swirled over the afternoon on social media, Hubbard and Gundy posted a video with one another on Monday evening to say they had talked about change.
Other current and former Oklahoma State players had tweeted in support of Hubbard thorough the afternoon.
Some Cowboys tweeted on Monday night that they would be continuing their workouts with the program.
